Welcome to HallowCeramics. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use our website or buy our products. They're written to be fair, clear, and human-readable — not a wall of legalese. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About Our Products

Every HallowCeramics piece is handmade in small batches. Natural variations in glaze tone, surface texture, and finish are what make each piece one-of-a-kind — they're not flaws. We photograph our products carefully, but colors may look slightly different on your screen.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are in USD and may change without notice (the price at checkout is the price you pay).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order — for example, if an item is mispriced or unexpectedly out of stock. If we cancel, we'll let you know right away and issue a full refund.
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local requirements.

3. Payment

We accept major credit cards and payment methods shown at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method. All payments are encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant providers — we don't store your full card details.

4. Shipping

Shipping is never included in the price of any product on this site, in any quote, or in any invoice. Every order is freight-quoted on top of the product total, and freight must be settled before dispatch. International orders may also be subject to destination-country import duties, taxes, and customs fees — those are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in either the product price or the freight quote. 5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your ceramics. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is fully responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Custom or personalized orders are final sale. 6. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — product photos, design assets, text, our logo, and the HallowCeramics name — belongs to us or is used under license. Please don't copy, redistribute, or use any of it without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

We want our site to be a good place for everyone. When using it, you agree not to:

• Use the site for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code that could damage or interfere with the site.
• Attempt to access areas of the site you're not authorized to use.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract content or place orders.
• Post harassing, defamatory, or abusive content in reviews or comments.

If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account and/or block your access to the site.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

We stand behind the quality of every piece. But because each item is handmade, we can't guarantee it will be identical to product photos. Our products are sold as-is regarding aesthetic variation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose. That said: if something is genuinely wrong with your order, our Refund Policy has you covered.

9. Limitation of Liability

HallowCeramics won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our products or website. If there's a claim, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) involved.

10. Dispute Resolution

We'd much rather talk things through than go to court. If you have a concern, please email us at hello@hallowceramics.com first — most issues can be resolved quickly this way.

If we can't work it out informally, any dispute will be governed by Delaware law and resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA. You agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days before filing any formal claim.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms as our business evolves. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date. By continuing to use the site after changes go live, you accept the updated terms.
